Why choose us?

Quality of product

We are obsessed and driven by delivering the highest quality product. This extends beyond the construction phase and includes early design and pre-construction involvement. Quality is not solely defined by expensive finishes that often sugar coats poor substructures, instead it begins with careful design consideration and a clear understanding of the clients brief. This results in the most effective construction methodologies being selected, making the build robust and maintenance simple. Good design also considers build-ability and caters for a logical sequence of work which promotes quality workmanship, helping to produce a distinguished piece of architecture.

Design and build

Dousters offers a turnkey approach to the building process. It starts with the design and planning, followed by the construction phase. We have a trusted team of architects and consultants that we work with and recommend. We also work with client selected architects, where we encourage early engagement and assistance with the design development (RIBA stage 3&4) to help streamline design and ensure build-ability.

Educated in the understanding of the built environment

At Dousters we value education and developing a deep understanding of the built environment, something that is typically undervalued within our industry. There are huge differences between contemporary new build construction and traditional refurbishments. It is important as a main contractor we understand how these buildings function and ensure that our approach is bespoke and considers these factors.

Trust and reputation

From the inital quote to project completion, our process is detailed and transparent throughout. We look forward to earning your trust through the manor and diligence of our construction operation. We want our clients to have the assurance that when a contract is signed we will deliver what was agreed. Should any unknown challenges arise we have confidence in our management and experience to problem solve and meet client expectations.
